Return policy

At Eco Ethics, we prioritize sustainability and customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help, while keeping our environmental commitments in mind.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Only full-priced items are eligible for return. Items on sale, custom orders, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable ItemsProducts damaged due to wear and tear, washing, or incorrect handling.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

    1. Email us at  Theecoethicsupoort@gmail.com with  your order number, product details, and reason for return.
    2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
    3. Once approved, you may ship the product to our return address or schedule a pickup (if available in your area).

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Shipping  charges are non-refundable.

5.Exchange Policy.We don’t offer direct exchanges right now.

If you want a different item, size, or color, please:
 1. Return the original item (following our return steps).
2. Place a new order for the item you want.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping
For damaged or wrong items: Eco Ethics will cover the return shipping.
For other returns: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
We encourage using eco-conscious shipping methods whenever possible.
